Simply Leah Tha MC started out as co-founder of 4Shotz Promotions. Through this venture she saw the need for female event hosts and took on the role of host/MC at her teams events.

This eventually led Simply Leah back to the world of broadcasting. Though she received formal training through Humber College’s accredited Radio Broadcasting program she decided to brush up on her skills through the VX3 Exchange media program. After completing this program she went on to land her first broadcasting role as a weekly host on Toronto’s Diverse Music Mix Vibe 105FM. This provided the opportunity to interview celebrities Afro B, CCH Pounder, and Tonya Lee Williams.

Simply Leah has also curated her own radio show entitled ‘Keepin it Simple’ on Toronto’s leading internet based music station iLive Radio. This show has a focus on Simply Leah’s Caribbean and Toronto roots. Through this endeavor she’s interviewed local talent DJ JJ Rock, author Kamila Haywood, and SNL Entertainment with many more to come.  When Simply Leah isn’t busy writing and producing radio content, or doing voice over work you can find her working as a club DJ and host at events throughout Toronto.
